Location right over St Mark’s Square, with breathtaking views. However, no lift made carrying bags challenging.

missingWrote a review on Dec 09breathtaking viewslengthy check-in process
The location itself sells the experience, with breathtaking views over St Mark’s Square and easy access to Venice's main attractions.
The check-in process was quite lengthy, as it was handled by only one staff member managing multiple guests across two buildings.

this hotel tries to sell itself as charming but it was more like a workout, climbing to the 3rd floor without an elevator was exhausting. I also can't believe they expected me to fetch my own toiletries! how hard would it have been to offer me a kettle? almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the Bell Tower of St Mark’s Square. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and we loved the whirlpool bath, which was a big hit with the kids after a long day of exploring.
My wife says that having more kid-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.

Staying in a Deluxe Double Room, the superb location in the heart of the main square provided easy access to all attractions and offered spectacular views of the clock from the windows. The newly renovated bathroom was very clean and refreshing. Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustratingly lengthy due to a shortage of staff, making it difficult to settle in, and the room had some mismatched furniture and minor maintenance issues. Nonetheless, enjoying the home-made muffins was a delightful start to each day.
